Who We Are

More than market linkage — we build globally competitive African enterprises

Rather than providing one-off consulting or brokerage, African Simba Star accompanies enterprises through a structured transformation journey that strengthens governance, operational excellence, international compliance and commercial competitiveness — while facilitating long-term market access. Our objective is lasting commercial relationships founded on credibility, quality, governance and performance.

S

Structure

We build the international dossier, reconcile the data, and prepare the market-facing logic before any outreach.

I

Identify

We map priority markets and partner categories — buyers, industrial partners, equipment suppliers, financiers, institutions.

Q

Qualify

We screen credible counterparties before introductions. Fewer contacts, stronger preparation, higher conversion.

C

Convert

We move qualified interest toward pilot transactions, term sheets, industrial cooperation and financing.

What We Do

Evidence-based internationalization, protected at every step

International partners do not finance ambition — they respond to a controlled, verifiable, transaction-oriented dossier. Our discipline: ambition + evidence = partner confidence.

01

Enterprise Diagnostics

Governance, operations, ESG, compliance and commercial-readiness assessments with scorecards and a three-year transformation roadmap.

02

Export & Compliance Readiness

Gap analysis against EU (EUDR, traceability, due diligence), US (food safety, responsible sourcing) and Asian buyer requirements (HACCP, ISO 22000, laboratory testing).

03

Quality & Traceability Systems

Producer registries, GPS mapping, batch traceability, quality management and sustainability frameworks that turn a supply base into a documented commercial asset.

04

Corporate Identity & Buyer Packages

Company profiles, product catalogues, technical data sheets, sample protocols and buyer information packages built to international standards.

05

Buyer & Partner Development

Buyer mapping, controlled introductions, B2B meetings, trade missions, sample coordination and commercial negotiation support.

06

Investment & Industrial Cooperation

Structuring anchor-buyer and financing packages: offtake, equipment finance, working capital, joint ventures and institutional cooperation.

Our Flagship Framework

Enterprise Excellence & International Market Readiness Program (EEMRP)

A structured three-phase transformation program preparing export-oriented enterprises for sustainable participation in regional and international markets.

  • Governance manual & board charter
  • SOPs, production planning, warehouse & inventory systems
  • Quality management, HACCP & ISO 22000 preparation
  • Producer registry, GPS mapping & digital traceability
  • Corporate identity & buyer information package
Phase III

Market Development
